Our checks and balances include: Sampling Inspection per C=0 and MIL-STD-105, process control audits throughout process stages, and 100% Final Inspection. We also maintain a Class 1000 Clean Room with Class 100 Workstations, all Certified to FED-STD-209 as required by Mil-Standards.

Total Quality officially recognized under the Quality Management Institutes (QMI) compliance for the ISO-9001 series of quality standards. The scope of our ISO9001-2000 Quality System includes the distribution and manufacturing of Bearings and Precision Instrument Components to the Commercial, Industrial, Medical and Military markets as well as the cleaning and re-lubrication of precision bearings in our Class 1000 Clean Room Facility, located on our premises.
